Appartement rénové en première ligne de plage Levante, Benidorm, avec accès direct à la plage depuis le bâtiment. Il dispose de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains avec douche (1 en suite) et peut accueillir 6 personnes.
Logement de 70 m² confortable et très lumineux, il possède une grande terrasse avec vue panoramique sur la mer, la baie et la ville.
Dispose d'un ascenseur, accès à Internet haut débit par fibre (wifi), climatisation dans tout le logement, chauffage par pompe à chaleur, piscine communautaire + enfantine ouverte de saison (01/05 au 31/10), parking en plein air et couvert dans le même bâtiment sous réserve de disponibilité à l'arrivée, 3 Téléviseurs (Smart TV), fer, sèche-cheveux.
La cuisine américaine à induction est équipée de réfrigérateur, lave-linge, micro-ondes, four, congélateur, lave-vaisselle, vaisselle/couverts, ustensiles/cuisine, cafetière, grille-pain, bouilloire et presse-agrumes.
- La remise des clés et le check-in se font dans notre bureau situé avenue de la Méditerranée 62, Rez-de-chaussée Tour Principado, nom commercial BenidormBooking, juste en face du Casino.

Great to have two full bathrooms with showers, even had loungers to use on substantial balconyat pool. Air/con heating if needed, patio doors open fully to create a stunning outlook from inside as well. Everything felt quite new. Property outside the apartment itself is very well maintained and has a friendly concierge there daily. Place is suitable for disabilities if not using the pool.

Would be beneficial to have a sign to say no scooters in foyer as the scooter we had for the disabled member of our party was moved without telling us and we thought it had been stolen but had been moved outside. It was just as well the concierge saw us looking for itwe would have reported it stolen.

We didn't like the fact we had to collect the key, which we thought someone was going to meet us on arrival. We had to then make a card payment of 200€ which was to be refunded back within 7 days after the keys were handed back... The apartment had aplus

The property has been refurbished to a high standard, but there are no door stoppers, I was worried the door handle hit the tiles in bathroom so put a bottle of water behind the door to prevent any damage. We could not get access to the pool and we wplus
The property has been refurbished to a high standard, but there are no door stoppers, I was worried the door handle hit the tiles in bathroom so put a bottle of water behind the door to prevent any damage. We could not get access to the pool and we were not advised of this. Someone in building told us it was not pen yet. I didn't call to checkask because we were just across from the beach but it was advertised as having use of pool and we didn't have it.
