Gerenoveerd appartement aan de eerste lijn van het strand van Levante, Benidorm, met rechtstreekse toegang tot het strand vanuit het gebouw. Het beschikt over 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers met douche (1 en suite) en kan 6 personen herbergen.
Accommodatie van 70 m² gezellig en zeer licht, heeft een groot terras met panoramisch uitzicht op zee, de baai en de stad.
Beschikt over een lift, hoogsnelheidsinternettoegang via glasvezel (wifi), airconditioning in de hele accommodatie, verwarming door warmtepomp, gemeenschappelijk zwembad + kinderbad open seizoen (01/05 tot 31/10), buitenparkeerplaats en overdekte parkeerplaats in hetzelfde gebouw afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid bij aankomst, 3 televisies (Smart TV), strijkijzer, haardroger.

Great to have two full bathrooms with showers, even had loungers to use on substantial balconyat pool. Air/con heating if needed, patio doors open fully to create a stunning outlook from inside as well. Everything felt quite new. Property outside the apartment itself is very well maintained and has a friendly concierge there daily. Place is suitable for disabilities if not using the pool.

Would be beneficial to have a sign to say no scooters in foyer as the scooter we had for the disabled member of our party was moved without telling us and we thought it had been stolen but had been moved outside. It was just as well the concierge saw us looking for itwe would have reported it stolen.

The property has been refurbished to a high standard, but there are no door stoppers, I was worried the door handle hit the tiles in bathroom so put a bottle of water behind the door to prevent any damage. We could not get access to the pool and we wbekijk meer

We could not get access to the pool and we were not advised of this. Someone in building told us it was not pen yet. I didn't call to checkask because we were just across from the beach but it was advertised as having use of pool and we didn't have it.
