Appartement exclusif sur le front de mer de Levante, à Benidorm, à côté de la vieille ville et avec accès à la plage depuis le même bâtiment. Il dispose de 2 chambres et de deux salles de bains avec douche (chambre principale avec salle de bains privative, dressing et Smart TV) et peut accueillir 4 personnes.
Appartement de 131 m² construit, entièrement rénové et meublé avec goût, avec grande terrasse avec vue panoramique sur la mer, la baie et la ville.
Il dispose d'un ascenseur, d'un accès Internet haut débit par fibre optique (Wi-Fi), de la climatisation et du chauffage par pompe à chaleur dans tout l'hébergement, de 3 télévisions connectées, d'un fer à repasser et d'un sèche-cheveux.
La cuisine américaine avec îlot à induction est équipée d'un réfrigérateur, d'un four micro-ondes, d'un four, d'un congélateur, d'un lave-vaisselle, de vaisselle/couverts, d'ustensiles de cuisine, d'une machine à café Dolce Gusto, d'un grille-pain, d'une bouilloire, d'un presse-agrumes, d'un lave-linge et d'un sèche-linge.
Le garage le plus proche est une place de parking optionnelle moyennant un supplément à 350 mètres du marché central (Mercadona). The space was amazing and the view spectacular. We keep our balcony window open to hear the sound of the sea day and night. Once in the apartment the door exit took a few minutes to work out as it's an electronic touch button that unlocks the door foplus

Once in the apartment the door exit took a few minutes to work out as it's an electronic touch button that unlocks the door for you to exit the apartment. I spent ages trying handles etc, once I realised how modern a system they had I always found a reason to leave the apartment just to press the button and see and hear the system unlocking the door for you. The appliances in the apartment are high tech, high spec too.

I was also to get an email with key safe code the day of arrival, although I didn't get an email they did send a message by the booking.com system around 3.30 just prior to check in time of 4pm. I had to call them to get that above info. We would have loved a larger screen TV in the living room as there was so much space for a 55'65' TV.

There's not much that needs to be done to improve the property but a few small things could make it even better.
No bath mats are provided in the bathrooms, or small towels to stand on as you leave the shower, and there are quite limited kitchen utenplus

There is also some noise from the bars below when guests leave, but this is to be expected given the location. In winter, they only open at weekends and once you have the shutters down on the windows you can't hear it much but something to consider if you are a very light sleeper. |
