Exclusief appartement aan het strand van Levante, Benidorm, naast de oude stad en met toegang tot het strand vanuit hetzelfde gebouw. Het heeft 2 slaapkamers en twee badkamers met douche (hoofdslaapkamer met eigen badkamer, kleedkamer en Smart TV) en is geschikt voor 4 personen.
Appartement van 131 m² gebouwd, volledig gerenoveerd en ingericht met smaak, met groot terras met panoramisch uitzicht op de zee, de baai en de stad.
Het heeft een lift, breedbandinternet (Wi-Fi), airconditioning en warmtepompverwarming in de hele accommodatie, 3 Smart TV-tv's, strijkijzer en haardroger.
De Amerikaanse keuken met inductie-eiland is uitgerust met een koelkast, magnetron, oven, vriezer, vaatwasser, serviesgoed/bestek, keukengerei, Dolce Gusto-koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, waterkoker, fruitpers, wasmachine, droger.
De dichtstbijzijnde garage is een optionele parkeerplaats tegen een toeslag op 350 meter afstand in de Centrale Markt (Mercadona). Parkeertarieven: 1 dag 22 euro, week 97€, 10 dagen 128€, 15 dagen 148€, maand 181€. Na 5 dagen compenseert het de wekelijkse bonus. De kosten worden op dezelfde parkeerplaats betaald en het tarief kan variëren. Het is een dienst die ons vreemd is en ze moeten rechtstreeks een contract afsluiten met de parkeerplaats.

The space was amazing and the view spectacular. We keep our balcony window open to hear the sound of the sea day and night. Once in the apartment the door exit took a few minutes to work out as it's an electronic touch button that unlocks the door fobekijk meer

Once in the apartment the door exit took a few minutes to work out as it's an electronic touch button that unlocks the door for you to exit the apartment. I spent ages trying handles etc, once I realised how modern a system they had I always found a reason to leave the apartment just to press the button and see and hear the system unlocking the door for you. The appliances in the apartment are high tech, high spec too.

I was also to get an email with key safe code the day of arrival, although I didn't get an email they did send a message by the booking.com system around 3.30 just prior to check in time of 4pm. I had to call them to get that above info. We would have loved a larger screen TV in the living room as there was so much space for a 55'65' TV.

The view is amazing, both day and night, and the location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of the old town.

There is also some noise from the bars below when guests leave, but this is to be expected given the location. In winter, they only open at weekends and once you have the shutters down on the windows you can't hear it much but something to consider if you are a very light sleeper. |
