Studio on the second line of Levante beach, Benidorm. It has capacity for 3 people distributed in two places in a folding double bed and one place in a single sofa bed. Not recommended for 3 adults.
Cozy and very bright 41 m² accommodation, with views of the garden and pool.
It has an elevator, 1 ceiling fan, heating by electric radiators, community+children's pool open seasonally (06/01 to 09/30), garden, outdoor parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, children's area exterior, 1 TV, iron.
The open-plan ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
- The delivery of keys and check-in takes place in our office located on Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, lower Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.
- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.

The apartment is offered online without internet, english channelsforeign channels depend on the building if the main satellite is in sync as we don't manage the building itself but only some apartments owners lend us we cannot manage that and the apartment does have heating. The Aircon also provides heating. If you had any problems regarding the heating you should've contacted reception so they can tell maintenance service to solve it. We have a 24 h available maintenance service that can solve this problems. Either way we're sorry this was an inconvenience to your stay. We hope to se you soon! |

Estuvimos esperando más de una hora en la puerta de la 'agencia' para recoger las llaves, y eso que casi no había cola. Tardan muchísimo con cada cliente y es desesperante. Además pedí si podíamos salir más tarde el día de la salida porque yo tsee more

Además pedí si podíamos salir más tarde el día de la salida porque yo teletrabajaba y me dijeron que sí (en la reserva ponía que te lo confirmaban 3 días antes de la salida y fue cuando pregunté). Volví a llamar el día antes de irnos para confirmar y también me dijeron que sí. Sin embargo, más tarde, casi a las 22h, me llamaron diciéndome que no podíamos quedarnos porque les había entrado una reserva y que teníamos que salir a las 11h. Sinceramente, me parece de tener muy poca profesionalidad, ya que si confirmas algo así, se debería al menos manterlo.
