Exclusive apartment located in the Sunset Waves Resort in Playa de Poniente, have 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.
Accommodation of 97 m² comfortable and recently built, with terrace of approx 20m2, views of the resort, partial to the sea, the city and the mountains.
Urbanization designed for the enjoyment of our guests, it has an infinity pool with a shallow bar area, surrounded by natural grass with hammocks, a solarium area and community showers. Outdoor heated pool with two swimming lanes, 3 outdoor jacuzzis (2 installed in the hammock and pool area, and 1 installed near the children's pool), Full gym with views of the gardens and pool, Sauna, Playground children's exterior, playground, children's climbing wall, paddle tennis court, tennis court, ping pong tables, soccer field and basketball court.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, 15 m² terrace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, heat pump, air conditioning throughout the house, open-air parking the same building, 1 TV.
In the induction open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.
- The keys are handed over and check-in takes place at our office located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, in front of Burger King.
- Credit/debit card details are required as a deposit or €200 failing that.
- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)
- Check out before 11:00 a.m.
- In this urbanization, each guest is given a complex identification bracelet or bracelet for access to the swimming pools and common areas. The loss or misplacement of each one entails a cost of €50 that will be withheld from the guests from the deposit in case the return is not made.
In case of breakage, contact the agency so that they can replace them.

Jammer dat je geen tennisracket oid kunt huren om gebruik te maken van de voorzieningen. Openingstijden ook ruim, meer schaduw rond het zwembad zou fijn zijn. Het appartement was erg sober ingericht, geen wc rolhouder, geen haakje voor je handdoek, weinig keukenspullen enz. Wel goede bedden en alles netjes schoon.

Por otro lado el requisito de fianza tampoco esta muy claro cuando realizas la reserva. Si bien es cierto que se menciona en la página al final del todo, en mi caso fue una sorpresa total. NO contaba con ello.
