Modern 100 m² accommodation, with a huge 25 m2 private terrace with dining area and solarium, and views of the sea and the city.
It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, 1 private parking space in a nearby building (approximately 300 meters), 2 televisions (Smart TV), iron, hair dryer.
The open-plan induction kitchen with island is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

We regret not attending immediately but we are in high season and it is not just an apartment. However we went the same day.
On the other hand we are not a hotel, they are tourist apartments and it explains very clearly that cleaning is on departure. The apartment is delivered to you clean and with a courtesy amenity. It is not replenished during the staycleaned until it comes out. We believe that you were confused when choosing an establishment, believing it was a hotelan apartment. Per raggiungere l’appartamento occorre passare con la macchina in zona con limitazione agli accessi ragione per la quale avrò un po’ di mesi di attesa nel dubbio che mi arrivi qualche multa. Cosa non meno importante, considerato che siamo al quinto psee more

Cosa non meno importante, considerato che siamo al quinto piano, sotto il magnifico terrazzo alle ore 17 del pomeriggio apre le porte un parco giochi enorme per bambini. Chi ha il sonno leggero non dormirà almeno sino alle ore 2 del mattino.

No nos gustó que el piso teníamos que recoger las llaves en "booking Benidorm" una empresa externa. Nos pidieron 200€ de fianza ( que no teníamos constancia de ello) y lo peor fue que nos dieron las llaves para la plaza de parking que teníamos incluisee more

Automáticamente llamamos a "benidorm booking" ya que era el único contacto que teníamos y nos dijeron: que quieres que hagamos nosotros? La plaza de garaje no entra en la fianza y nosotros no podemos hacer nada. Y ya está. Sin ayuda y sin solución, lavándose las manos frente al problema que tuvimos que estar revolviendo por nuestra cuenta, fastidiandonos dos días de viaje.

En las condiciones y caracteristicas de la reserva explica claramente que las llaves hay que recogerlas en la oficina y hay que abonar un deposito de seguridad, tan solo hay que leer todas las condiciones. En cuanto al incidente ocurrido, se mando a un tecnico a comprobar la puerta del parking la cual funcionaba bien, habra sido un descuido suyo. Siempre intentamos dar el mejor servicio a nuestros clientes. Esperamos que tengas un buen dia y vuelvas una vez mas con nosotros, un cordial saludo.
