Ne pare rău că indicațiile despre apartament nu au fost suficient de clare. Ne vom asigura că informațiile pe care le oferim oaspeților noștri sunt cât mai precise și mai ușor de înțeles. În ceea ce privește paturile, înțelegem că dimensiunea lor poate fi un factor important pentru confort și apreciem observația ta. Sperăm să te primim din nou și să-ți oferim o experiență și mai plăcută. |
