The apartment is actually 23 floors up, so you don’t want to forget anything when you go outside, the lifts are rather slow. The bedroom is quite compact, and I do not think it would be very comfortable accommodation for 4 people.

The bed was very uncomfortable. We were only given one set of keys and you needed the keys 3 times before getting into the room, outside gates, entrance door to apartment block and obviously to enter the apartment. This made it very difficult for us see more

Also more information should be given on the out of hours check in, several different groups were checking in on the Sunday afternoon but most including myself could not complete the process. Fortunately a Spanish gentleman who was familiar with the process helped everyone get their keys.

If you had checked-in during office hours we would have warned you, in the check-in instructions it does not indicate it, since we provide a lot of information. However, whatever you need, do not hesitate to call us, that's what we are for. We will study introducing a paragraph in the text where it is clearer.

Las vistas son insuperables! Estuvimos muy a gusto en este apartamento en primera línea de playa! En general todo muy CÓMODO, limpio, con todo lo necesario para una estancia de una semana: tabla de planchar, tendedero, cafetera, tostadora, kettle, basee more
Las vistas son insuperables! Estuvimos muy a gusto en este apartamento en primera línea de playa! En general todo muy CÓMODO, limpio, con todo lo necesario para una estancia de una semana: tabla de planchar, tendedero, cafetera, tostadora, kettle, batidora (lo que echamos en falta fue un escurridor para la pasta), incluso un pequeño secador de pelo. Las SÁBANAS vienen puestas y también dan TOALLAS. Hasta dejaron un pequeño kit de estropajo, lavavajillas y detergente que se agradece. Tened en cuenta que no hay horno para organizar vuestras comidas. Hay un aparato de AIRE ACONDICIONADO en el salón y en la habitación (interior) un VENTILADOR DE TECHO. La urbanización tiene un PARKING privado de tierra. La PISCINA no es muy grande pero la verdad es que no la usamos teniendo la playa tan conveniente. Se puede entrar al recinto tanto por el paseo marítimo como por la Av. del Mediterráneo. Saliendo por delante, en un par de pasos estaréis en la playa. La PLAYA justo frente a los apartamentos no está tan saturada como hacia los lados. Seguramente sea porque hay una zona de rocas que hace un poco difícil llegar a la zona profunda. Tendréis que valorar si preferís la comodidad de estar más espaciados en la arena o la facilidad de entrar en el agua sin pisar piedras. La ZONA, en la playa de Levante es muy animada, hay restaurantes y bares cerca. Lo bueno es que en el bajo del edificio hay un restaurante tranquilo y un par de tiendas no tienen música durante todo el día (aunque en el piso 23 poco se oye del ruido de la calle, solo el mar).
