It has an elevator, internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, outdoor parking in the same community building and subject to availability upon arrival, 1 television, washing machine and iron.
The American induction kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
- The delivery of keys and Check-in takes place in our office located on Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, at street level, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

The sofa bed had food (Rice) from the previous guests which clearly hadn’t been cleaned so had to remove the protective bed cover and use a spare bed sheet. Wasn’t really a major issue though. The Bathroom is tight and small to which can easily floodsee more

The apartment is in a very convenient location with views of the sea, unfortunately there were two tower blocks which which didn't enhance the view. The apartment itself was comfortable enough for two perhaps 3, if there were more than 3 people then I think it would need more cuttery, plates and cups etc. You could hear your neighbours moving about and showering etc the boiler which was situated outside was attached to the bedroom wall and you could hear that should it come on at night. However overall we enjoyed our stay and our neighbours were very friendly, indeed one neighbour Miguel even brought us presents to celebrate the Three Kings. Overall we thought it was value for money considering the prices of other apartments in a similar location. Booking.com were very professional and kept us informed of all stages of our booking. Footnote. The Two Towers which were blocking the view also blocked the sun which in the height the summer might be a blessing.

Le matériel de nettoyage est généralement rangé dans un meuble de la cuisine De même, si vous ne l'avez pas trouvé, vous auriez pu contacter la réception afin que nous puissions vous indiquer où il pourrait se trouver ou, à défaut, vous fournir ce dont vous avez besoin. Si vous constatez un problème avec les stores, vous auriez également pu contacter la réception pour avertir notre équipe de maintenance (disponible 24h/24) afin qu'elle puisse résoudre ce problème. A bit picky but a coffee machine that used pods. It has a filter pot but it was messy slow & leaked causing a bit of a cleanup required. Having some basic items such as washing up liquid/sponges & tea towels could have been worthwhile. Never used thesee more

Por otro lado, uno de los dormitorios y el salón no tienen persianas ni cortinas opacas, por lo que si te molesta la luz para dormir no es buena opción. El dormitorio con la cama de matrimonio sí tiene persiana. Y para terminar, se hubiera agradecido un poco de jabón en el baño, aunque fuera una pastilla pequeña de las que dan en los hoteles, porque llegas de viaje y no te puedes lavar las manos, hay que ir al súper a comprar jabón, gel y champú.
