There was only one set of keys which would have been a pain if someone wanted to go home early. D keys for d main door downstairs can me tricky but d nack is to push it downwards and then turn, took me awhile to figure tht out. Smell in d unsuite toisee more

The office that corresponds to you is open 24 h, we also explained to you during check in time that in case the office was closed you only had to deposit the keys through the black mailbox outside the office. Due to the proximity to the beach it's normal that the bathrooms in some punctual times smell a bit either way in case you wanted that solved you should've contacted reception so maintenance would have gone to solve this. Either way we're sorry this was an inconvenience during your stay. We hope to see you soon! |

Hola Victoría, gracias por su valoración. Entendemos que el olor de las tuberías puede dar mala sensación, es un edificio antiguo aunque el alojamiento este totalmente renovado y cerca de la playa, lo que a veces sucede que puedan subir olores y más see more

Los utensilios de cocina se limpian en cada salida independientemente de si se usan o no por lo que le pedimos disculpas y pasamos reporte a limpieza para que verifique con el personal que hizo el apartamento y no se vuelva a repetir. Tenemos un 8.5 sobre 10 en limpieza hasta su comentario y mejoraremos para subir la puntuación. Un saludo
