Appartement rénové en première ligne de plage Levante, Benidorm, avec accès direct à la plage depuis le bâtiment. Il dispose de 2 chambres et peut accueillir 4 personnes.
Logement de 70 m² meublé avec goût et très lumineux, il possède une grande terrasse ouverte avec des vues panoramiques sur la mer, la baie et la ville.

Dispose d'un ascenseur, accès à internet haut débit par fibre (wifi), climatisation dans tout le logement, chauffage par pompe à chaleur, piscine communautaire+enfantine ouverte de saison (01/05-31/10), parking en plein air et couvert dans le même bâtiment sous réserve de disponibilité à l'arrivée, 3 Téléviseurs (Smart TV), fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux.
La cuisine américaine à induction avec péninsule, est équipée de réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, lave-linge, congélateur, lave-vaisselle, vaisselle/couverts, ustensiles/cuisine, cafetière Dolce Gusto, grille-pain, bouilloire et presse-agrumes.

- La remise des clés et le check-in se font dans notre bureau situé avenue de la Méditerranée 62, nom commercial BenidormBooking, juste en face du Casino.

The view is brilliant right on Levante beach & facilities, great to have Veracruz supermarket for supplies. We have stayed here several times over the last 7 years, smart TV's in all rooms, clean comfortable and sunny, brilliant to walk to eateries & bars. Benidorm booking are really helpful if a problem arises and it's easy to pick up keys and they also leave a complementary wine, water, coffee, milk etc to get your holiday started, really nice touch.

A comment is the headboard on queen size bed needs attention ie a good clean but we still had a great stay for a luxury stay, I think toilet paper left should be a better quality and ceiling in bathroom needs attention.

There was no plug for kitchen sink. Would be useful and safer to have a shower mat as my father-in-law is 85 and we had to use a couple of the smaller towels provided as mats outside the shower to prevent him slipping.

La ubicación es inmejorable. Unas vistas impresionantes y un piso totalmente nuevo y bonito. Cama muy comoda con vistas a la playa. Totalmente equipado.

Obras en el 12C, justo encima. Muy dificil descansar ya que las obras empezaban a las 8:00 y a mediodia seguian. El televisor no puede moverse, por lo que al estar junto al ventanal tiene reflejos todo el dia.

The property was lovely, really clean, modern furniture and interior. It had pretty much everything you needed to cook at the property instead of going out.

I am disabled and although the apartment was fine and nice and big the sofa was actually very low and it was pretty impossible to be able to get off it so had to sit either on balconyat the dining table. Although there is a ramp at the back of the building it’s not accessible from there to get to the lift without using steps. access only for wheelchairmobility equipment through the front door.

modern, spacious and every little detail was thought about. plenty of pots and pans - a real home from home. The location was superb

wish the TVs had English channels and air conditioning was a bit hit and miss could only get one to work and if turned off difficult to get it back on. it was trial and error in which one was going to work. on another negative side. I had a late flight home and we had to vacate at 11am. there was no facility offered to look after suitcases and we weren’t allowed to relax. by the pool with our suitcases once the keys were handed in at 11am. so we were homeless and having to drag suitcase and be dressed for airport around Benidorm until taxi picked us up at 8pm

I'm sorry to hear about the inconveniences you experienced during your stay in Benidorm. Traveling can be challenging when unexpected issues arise, such as the TV channels and air conditioning not functioning properly and the lack of facilities to store your suitcases after checking out. Most of our apartment does not have English TV since this is note like a hotel service, hope to see you again next year despite everything, have a nice day.

Muy práctica la distribución y decorado con buen gusto, lo encontramos bastante cómodo para la estancia. Buenas vistas y muy a mano todo, a pie de playa. Además no echamos en falta utensilios de limpieza y cocina.

El apartamento precioso, hecho con muy buen gusto. Ubicación inmejorable. Las camas y el sofá comodísimo. Todo un lujo, para repetir, sin duda.

Solo 1 rollo de papel, no había gel de ducha ni gel de manos, más menaje para la cocina (alguna fuente para ensalada...)

El apartamento impresionante. Las camas comodísimas la decoración preciosa todo muy nuevo y con muchos detalles. Las vistas espectaculares en primera línea de playa. Ha sido un lujo y un privilegio pasar 5 días en ese apartamento, hemos vuelto totalmente enamoradas de el. La atención de los empleados de la oficina de bookingen Benidorm, fantástica. También una mención para el señor Juan que es el portero de la finca que ha sido muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar.

Everything about the apartment. It is spotlessly clean and beautifully set out. Very quiet too. The views from the balcony are stunning. Lovely comfy beds and everything you could need for a break. Even washing machine and dishwasher, should you need

Confusion over where to pick up keys. All emails stated keys could be picked up from reception. I took this to mean accommodation reception but it didn't. Major headache as flight was delayed and we arrived at apartments after 1.00 in the morning. Had to wander around town looking for hotel to pick up keys. Just clarify this when booking. Also, small thing, but no loo rolls on arrival.
