The key collection system needs looking at. To collect the key is a good 20 minute walk from the apartment. There is no luggage storage at the key collection point so you have to lug your suitcases to a local restaurant and sit there waiting. Then onplus

Then on leaving you have to take the keys back thereleave one set of keys back the day before. The main doors in to the apartment block need a key to get out so if you were on your own you would be stuck. We had to have someone hold the exit door open and then go back up to leave the key in the apartment. Otherwise you would not be able to exit the building. Also the windows are very poor so that you get a lot of noise from the street. If they were better it would cut down on the noise. As the apartment is right above a bar it is very noisy and you can hear the lorry taking the empty bottles away at 4am. There is only air con in the main bedroom and living room. The beds are small doubles. If you were 2 large people it would be a tight squeeze

Usually they are closer than that, and this is why we allow people to leave one of the set of keys inside. We are sorry if that was an inconvenience for you. As for the luggage, it can be left while you wait in a place next to our office called Lock and Enjoy. All the best.

Perfect location for all amenities shops, bars, beachfront and restaurants. Amazing sunsets and views of everything around. Stayed in a group of 8 ladies, plenty space in apartment, lots room for each of us.ensuites clean and tidy. Secure building front and back with 2 sets of keys for access from main front beach entrance, and no worry of any intruders .felt very safe. Secure at the back for sunbathing by the pool although not many sunbeds, were awful hard plastic, and uncomfortable, pool was freezing but didnt stop usput us off sunbathing in a quiet secluded area, probably due to time of year we visited, ( April 2025).maybe next year.? Tiled flooring throughout, not noisey at all and perfect in many ways. Value for money for large groupfamily. Excellent hairdryer provided, lots of sockets for everyone's electronics and plenty complimentary items such as tea coffee ,use of hairdryer, washing machine etc. You will NOT be disappointed if you stay here.!

Paperwork given on pick up of keys at the office which isn't far away and easy to find.we were given WiFi details and emergency numbers if needed and only a phonecall away. There is a few principado appts on the front so make sure you find the Jolly Roger/ Daytona rock Bar and you will find the secure locked gate entrance( see photo).

The beds were very uncomfortable. Two of the shower heads did not fit on the wall so we’re hand held. This would have been an easy fix. Curtains hanging off rail on terrace no hooks. The sofa bed did not open. We informed booking.com of this twice anplus

Het meubilair op het balkon mag wel vernieuwd worden, er waren stoelen kapot en de tafels hebben schade, het heeft ons niet gehinderd omdat we met 4 personen waren maar ben met 8 dan wordt het vervelend. De informatie bij het kantoor was matig. Bij aplus

The only slight confusion was a message about digital keys initially but on arrival at the airport I was told I needed to collect the physical keys. It wasn’t an issue for us but may cause some people a problem if they hadn’t planned to go to your ofplus

The pillows were not comfy, could be noisy early hours due to location, the toaster was temperamental and so was the hob. Could of done with a bigger kettle and they should have more than 2 sets of keys considering that the apartment sleeps up to 10 plus

Was a little worried that we had to collect keys from different address which is approx 20 mins walk from property, however we arranged our transport to attend key collection point prior to dropping at the accommodation. The collection office was cloplus

The collection office was closed but the automated system was easy to use and we collected our keys within minutes. when checking out we walked to the drop off point and the kind staff allowed us to leave our cases as we had a late return flight. So upset that this accommodation is already booked for same time next year as was looking to rebook already. A gem of a property.

The location of this apartment is excellent. Close enough to the old town, which I love and close to the arcade which my children love. The beach is right on the door step. You cannot get better than that. The kitchen was also a great size. The pool plus

There was no air conditioning in the bedrooms we had to go out and buy a fan. There were 2 fans in the apartment but only 1 worked, so we bought another one to keep the children cool so they could sleep well. The shutter was also broke on 1 of the beplus
