The kitchen is very small and the cooker hood not working. The pillows are very, very hard. We had a constant problem with the lift, which broke down twice and at other times was intermittent. I had to phone booking. com twice as the management compaplus

The lift kept breaking down on the 2nd floor. What we had to do was go back down and then press every floor in the lift to get it to the top as we were on the 6th floor. This didn't happen all the time but it was a pain.
