Key collection as office was closed so there is a touch screen at office to input your details and pay damage deposit but unfortunately it wasn't working / frozen screen so had to wait for assistance from staff to arrive at office at 11pm to giplus

No Wifi as there was no router in apartment even though there was a card with network / password under the TV on sideboard unit. searched all available networks in the area nothing matching the card, Enquired at office next day but told that it was a shared network with apartment owner from apartment below but nothing was resolved in the 4 days we were there as office staff said owner was uncontactable! Although it wasn't a deal breaker for us it should be there as advertised as we felt deceived by description before we booked. I would seek prior confirmation from agents before you book that there is working Wifi as if there for a fortnight you will probably be very disappointed. Key collection / Drop-off office 15 minute walk away from apartment so when you leave you have to drop off there would be better if agent picked them up from apartment when you leavekeybox outside of apartment to leave them in.

Esa puerta que has visto en el lateral de la terraza es donde está el motor del aire acondicionado., de ahí el ruido que has escuchado :))) El aislamiento es de primera calidad y el ruido es muy leve, prácticamente ni se siente y quizá por eso has tenido la sensación errónea.
