The only essential thing missing was a hair dryer. I rang the office, and thankfully, they lent me one. Overall, the apartment is amazing. However, I wouldn't return because the pickpockets in Benidorm have now relocated to outside the back gate of tplus

I didn't feel safe at all coming home at night. It's a real pity as it's not the fault of the apartment owner..The police in benidorm need to get rid of these people.

Only negatives (lifts )out of 4 lifts only 2 were working and by the time we left there was only 1,the wifi wasn’t great but wasn’t a huge deal,the tv had no English Channels but to be honest it didn’t matter cause we were hardly never there

The key arrangements could have been a little better..we arrived very late, and it was quite a trek to collect the keys and also to the return them very early in the morning.. There were 3 of us in the apartment.. it says its a 4 person apartment butplus

Had difficulties entering the apartment, as the lock is very stiff. The managers came to let us in and seemed to get in with ease, however we struggled the whole time of our stay. A cutting board would've been nice to have also. Other than these vplus
