Have stayed in Benidorm many times but the very first time staying in a private apartment. We were a group of 2 couples staying and we all really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for four people and we liked that it had 2 bathrooms it was lovely and plus

Plenty of room for four people and we liked that it had 2 bathrooms it was lovely and clean with a well equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Good location and would definitely stay again. Our only gripe was the fact we were only given one set of keys when 2 sets would have made our stay much better (maybe this should be considered for future bookings)

The location was perfect, right next to the supermarket, restaurants, shops and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. With it being such an high end apartment I think the only thing I could possibly suggest in what would have given it a more personal touch for me is perhaps a small welcome basket with just a few essential items such as tea/coffee, a welcome note & maybe a guest book to allow guests to leave personal reviews that the owners can look back on in the years to come. We will definately book again & recommend to friends/family.

Check in. The location of where to pick the keys up on the instructions had not been updated to say it had moved, once we had arrived there was a note on the door giving an address a couple of doors down but again that was incorrect, it was infact fuplus

Once round the corner you can not miss it ( it is indeed opposite the casino but down the road more (next door to the Santander bank) We had been travelling with 3 children one just under 2years since 3am, we arrived at the booking.com office around 12pm, we was aware we could not check in until after 4pm but was not aware that they did not have a place to leave luggage. Luckily we have family that live in Benidorm who looked after our bags until we could check in but my advice is if your travelling with small childrenhave alot of luggage to perhaps look at booking later flights out so that your not sat outside with your cases for hours on end especially with restless children as travelling is stressful enough. Giving credit to the staff though they could see that the youngest was very tired & cranky and they did manage to check us in around 2pm so I am very grateful to them for that.

The only thing I would say is there was no tea towelsoven gloves and no instructions to use the cooker and air con etc . It would be a lot better if you didn't have to go somewhere else to get the keys and someone was on site to show you around. A meplus
