Apartment in the Eurotennis complex on the beachfront and with direct access to it, in Villajoyosa. Benidorm is 5 minutes' drive away. It has 1 bedroom and can accommodate 3 people.
Renovated 35 m² apartment, charming and modern, with front views of the sea and the mountains.
It has a terrace with views, internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, ceiling fan in the bedroom, 2 Smart TV TVs, iron and dryer.
The American induction cooker is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
Urbanization with beach access (semi-private) has 16 different types of tennis courts, large community+children's pool with hammocks and umbrellas (sometimes it may close for a month of winter), a beach bar inside the complex (seasonal), parking, petanque court and children's area, access to coves and landscaped green areas and access to trails for hikers. Building with elevator.
