I couldn't work out the oven hob and so didn't use it for the whole month , and the ladies at Benidormbooking.com couldn't help . There were no cups / saucers , no kettle which I had to purchase myself and had to change the bedding myself .

Po pierwsze odpływ prysznicowy był zatkany, musiałem go odetkać, a i tak woda bardzo wolno spływała. Po drugie sofa choć czysta i pasująca do pokoju, to widać że była stara i mocno zużyta.

Bestilte dette stedet siden vi kom sent på kvelden og her skulle det være mulighet for å hente nøkkel seint på booking Benidorm som var i nærheten av leiligheten,noen dager før vi skulle komme fikk jeg melding om at kontoret var stengt når vi kom,og vi måtte hente nøkler på et annet hotell, litt irriterende da vi allerede hadde forhåndsbestilt taxi, men tenkte vi fikk ordnet dette når vi kom. Når vi sitter på flyplassen får vi ny beskjed, nå kunne vi sjekke inn online og få nøkler utlevert på en automat hos booking Benidorm. Fikk logget inn og etter en lang prosess med personalia av alle, bilder av pass og selfie med pass var vi nå sjekket inn. Ankommer Benidorm og finner automaten, logger inn, scanner pass og ut kommer nøkler og garasje åpner,enkelt og greit. Alt hadde gått så mye enklere om dette hadde blitt opplyst om i utgangspunktet, så hadde vi sluppet alt dette rotet med nøkkel utlevering.
