Accommodation of 253 m² comfortable and is spacious, located in beach, It has views to the sea and to the mountain.

Views were amazing! Really good location, close to the old town.

The lift, stopped working a couple of times when we was there. A lot of stairs to climb to the 18th floor. Also the pool was having building work done so we couldn’t use it.

The location was amazing. The property setup was terrific for us. Would definitely recommend.

We didn’t have internet for the first few days but it was sorted. Also pickup and drop off of the keys could be made easier. Possibly just by leaving the keys in the apartment as we left? But would definitely recommend.

The location is fantastic for the beach and also the old and new towns. The views during sunrise and sunset are brilliant, The apartment was slightly dated, but clean and the amenities were great. We rented the apartment for 5 as we were on a cycling holiday. The apartment accommodated the cycling bikes too, any more than 6 and it would seem crammed but there was more than enough room. The only issue we experienced was the hot water ran out quickly.

Wonderful apartment, clean and tidy, spacious and in a fantastic location.

The lifts are old and on one occasion we got stuck inside the lift (this could have been due to the fact that there was 6 people in the lift). Be careful not to over load the lifts. This was the only complaint, everything else was peefect.

Collection of keys was from an office a long walk from the property. A lot of UK flights arrive early in the morning and arrival into Benidorm is before the 16:30 key collection time requiring transfer vehicle unloading visitors at office (they will not hang around) and the visitors then have a long, long walk with luggage to the apartment. The transfer companies charge an extra Euro 25 to go via collection point and another Euro 25 to drop off keys on return (for a 10 minute detour). I would suggest that the office offer to arrange transport (suitable for the guests and luggage THE GUESTS TO PAY) from the office to the apartment. I have a disability (walking problem) and pulling a heavy suitcase was painful and required alot of rest stops. Lack of Beach Loungers (umbrellas and beds) in the apartment and perhaps a small collapsable beach table - free

Thank you very much for staying with us and your review. We cannot check-in before 4:30 p.m. if we have guests leaving the same day, which is until 11:00 a.m. It is an accommodation of 253 square meters with 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. It cannot be cleaned in less than 3 hours and this is if it goes fast. However, they are notified when it is ready. On the other hand, the office is a 10-minute walk away, we understand that if you have difficulty walking it may be inconvenient, but we do have a courtesy transfer to the accommodation at no cost. Please let us know during your next stay that you need it. We also allow you to leave your luggage in our office until the accommodation is ready.

Collecting the keys from so far away is horrible as is returning the keys in the morning. The apartment was brilliant but it didn’t have any wow factor. The t.v On the balcony didn’t work, which was a let down as I would of liked to relax there.

El apartamento podría ser un alojamientode lujo, por metros y localización.
Las almohadas son de lana, el precio de cualquier almohada nueva ronda los 20€, un apartamento de este tipo lo merece
La cocina semi-reformada, los baños de hace 20 años y sin apenas mobiliario. La cocina sin balletas, ni trapos, el microondas quemado y la más barata de las tostadoras de cualquier chino, describe el poco mimo y pocas ganas de agradar de la empresa arrendadora

Hola Begoña, gracias por su valoración. La caldera de agua funciona correctamente, la manipularon con desconocimiento y la desprogramaron. Enviamos a nuestro equipo de inmediato y quedó funcionando. En cuanto a la ducha de pared, lamentamos que se estropeara durante su estancia, son cosas que ocurren y no siempre hay disponiblidad inmediata de piezas. Esto se lo explicamos y entendemos que es un problema ajeno a usted, no obstante el apartamento dispone de tres baños adicionales, aunque sabemos que no es justificación ya que usted quiere disfrutar de todos los servicios contratados. Tenía muchas ventajas y cosas espectaculares como las dimensiones del piso que era enorme como las vistas q eran espectaculares y todo muy práctico.

En general todo estaba muy bien y muy práctico ninguna queja acerca del alojamiento exceptuando la nevera que en nuestra opinión no era suficientemente grande como para guardar comida para el número de viajeros que admite la casa.

Apartamento con encanto y solera.

La ubicación es perfecta, las vistas son espectaculares y hay mucha intimidad, respecto a otros apartamentos. Cada habitación tiene su cuarto de baño y está todo el apartamento con mucho gusto aunque tiene sus años, pero se nota su solera.

Tiene dos televisores pero no funcionan bien, creo que es la antena. A nosotros no nos hicieron falta porque con el portátil puedes ver películas pero es una cosa a destacar para otros.

Un apartamento de 10!!!

La ubicación, el espacio del apartamento, las vistas, el equipamiento del apartamento, teníamos de todo, la limpieza.... Es un apartamento de los mejores en el que hemos estado con niños.

El baño de la habitación principal no tenía agua caliente. No iba la antena de las Tvs.

Tolle Wohung, super Lage. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Wohung ist super schön und hat unsere Wünsche voll erfüllt. Die Aussicht und die Lage der Wohung sind ganz toll.

Leider war die Situation wegen der Ausgangssprerre wegen Corona Virus sehr belastend. Wir sind leider auch 2 Wochen früher abgereist. Nur in der Wohung eingesperrt zu sein, hat uns nervlich fertig gemacht. Auch die Angst an dieser Krankheit zu erkranken war sehr belastend, da wir alle schon wegen unserem Alter zur Risikogruppe gehört haben. Aber ohne die Einschränkung wäre es bestimmt ein toller Urlaub gewesen, da die Lage der Wohung und die Ausstattung wirklich sehr schön war.
