Renovated apartment on the first line of Levante beach, Benidorm, with direct access to it. It has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.
90 m² accommodation, comfortable and spacious, with panoramic views of the sea, the beach and the city.
It has a lift, 15 m² of glazed terrace with incredible views, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, 4 Televisions (Smart Tv in the living room and tv in all bedrooms) communal swimming pool open during the season, tennis court, outdoor parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival.
The independent vitroceramic kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, clothes iron.
- The key handover and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, ground floor Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, just opposite the Casino.
- A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a guarantee or in cash if necessary.
- Check-in from 16:30 (high season from 18:00)

Very well situated apartment. 1 bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The lounge/dining area runs the length of the apartment behind the 3 bedrooms with great views out over the beach. All clean and tidy, with a very well equipped kitchen.

The bathroom and kitchen are infront of the bedrooms, so if anyone was using the sofa bed in the lounge, they would need to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to them during the night. Some parts of the apartment are looking a bit tired and needsee more

Some parts of the apartment are looking a bit tired and need a tidy up. One of the reclining chairs in the lounge has a wonky (previously broken) back. The flush mechanism on the en suite toilet is loose. The main bathroom doesn't lock. Collection for the keys is a good 10 minutes walk away and they do need returning to the same place on the morning of checking out.

De heerlijke ruimte van het appartement en de prima bedden. Overigens was het ook fijn dat de luifels inmiddels weer gerepareerd waren. Bovendien blijft het een genot om 2 badkamers ter beschikking te hebben !

Persoonlijk viel het me tegen dat inmiddels het filterkoffiezetapparaat verdwenen was zodat ik niet mijn eigen koffie meer kon zetten, net als voorheen. Maar er was een Dolce Gusto geplaatst, wat voor anderen waarschijnlijk weer een verbetering is. Esee more

Eettafel is te groot voor de plaats ervoor, stoelen mogen vervangen worden. de luifel rechts werkt maar alleen als je deze meehelp, was naar beneden toen we binnenkwamen en was al een 50 cm zonnewering kapot. best laten hertellen.

leuning van relaxstoel staat los. Voor het wisselen van de lakens en handdoeken betere info geven wanneer ze juist komen zodat we deze kunnen klaarleggen in de hal als ze de nieuwe brengen. Voor 1 maand huur korting geven. |

Horario del check in llegamos a las 16:00 y el apartamento no estaba listo aun. Tuvimos que esperar hasta a las 20:00 y era incomodo porque viajabamos con un bebe y un niño. El parking habia que bajar escaleras para llegar al ascensor.
