Lo cogimos por la piscina, cual fue nuestra sorpresa que cuando fuimos a bañarnos, la piscina estaba cerrada. Llamamos por teléfono y nos dijeron que no había socorrista, sin embargo, lo primero que se ve en el anuncio del apartamento es la piscina dsee more

Para nosotros fue una total decepción ya que es publicidad engañosa. No pusieron ese detalle en observaciones y nos cabreó muchísimo. Por suerte, nos dieron una solución y pudimos ir a la piscina del edificio de al lado. Pero si pagamos ese importe por el apartamento y sus instalaciones era para que hubieran avisado de este acontecimiento. No puse una reclamación en consumo por publicidad engañosa porque nos dieron una solución, si no la pongo, ya que la primera persona con la que hablamos se lavó las manos.

En cuanto a la fianza, esta información sí que viene específicada a la hora de hacer la reserva entendemos que hay mucha información que leer, pero estar, está. Esperamos de todo corazón que, dejando a un lado los inconvenientes comentados, hayáis tenido unas fantásticas vacaciones. Un cordial saludo.

La piscina, grande, zona de césped muy muy cuidada, zonas de sombra. El apartamento muy bien, muy limpio, no tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado ya que no hizo falta. Corre una barbaridad de aire y con 30 grados por el día no hacía falta. Porsee more

Por la noche 26 pero siempre nos llevamos a los apartamentos un par de ventiladores y sin problemas No tuve ninguna pega, pues siempre llevo mis dos ventiladores,mis almohadas de casa y un pequeño kit (estropajo,jabón de manos y un par de balletas) así en ningún alojamiento me falta de nada. En este lo utilice para la llegada, pero vamos.....justo delante hay un supermercado 9-22h 365d y el Consum está a 5 minutos. Ah y lo que dicen de las toallas.... la reserva era para 10 días y teníamos 6 grandes y 6 pequeñas,...vamos, de sobra. Justo detrás del bloque está el mercado semanal (miércoles y sábado) No me encontré ninguna sorpresa ni nada no esperado, aconsejo siempre lo que he comentado del kit de limpieza y en mi caso tapones para los oídos,antifaz y mi almohada. Es una zona bulliciosa por la noche y si quieres que corra el aire tienes que tener las ventanas abiertas, pero esto no es un problema del apartamento, es una cuestión particular de cada uno.... Pero lo indico cómo consejo para cualquier apartamento. La playa está a 10 minutos andando. Es de arena, al entrar en el agua hay rocas (llevad escarpines, no son imprescindibles) y si tenéis unas gafas de buceo, porque ..parece una playa tropical....doradas, pececicos, con suerte algún pulpo ....agua muy clara . Precisamente por el asunto de las rocas dentro del agua no está muy masificada la playa, el 15 de agosto 4 líneas de sombrilla, vamos, un lujo para benidorm.

Hallo Peter, het komt ons vreemd voor dat je geen WIFI had, je had in ieder geval contact moeten opnemen met de receptie, daarom zijn we hier, om onder andere dit soort incidenten te begeleiden en zo snel mogelijk te kunnen oplossen. Wat betreft de gsee more

Wat betreft de gerechten, het appartement is voorbereid op de capaciteit van het oosten, dat wil zeggen voor 6 personen. De boiler heeft meestal een capaciteit van 50-80 liter, dus elk gebruik is 2-3 douchebeurten waard, afhankelijk van de behoefte, anders moet je 20-30 minuten wachten voordat hij weer is opgewarmd. Een hartelijke groet, we hopen u snel te zien.

Es absolutamente inconcebible que en pleno 2023 exista un apartamento para 6 personas con un termo tan sumamente pequeño. Teníamos que repartir las duchas durante todo el día porque éramos 4 y era absolutamente imposible ducharnos los 4 con agua caliente por la tarde. El apartamento en sí está bien pero este detalle lo siento mucho pero hace que no vuelva a utilizar este apartamento para mis próximas visitas a Benidorm.

A veces también sucede que algunos huéspedes no tienen suficiente fondo en la tarjeta y nos la dejan en efectivo y si a la salida se marchan fuera de nuestro horario de oficina tenemos que llamarles para pedirles el número de cuenta y realizar la transferencia y también se demora dos o tres días. Estamos trabajando para agilizar este proceso ya que también entendemos que es un incordio la espera. Un saludo

Gracias por su reseña y estancia con nosotros. Tomamos nota de su queja sobre la información y haremos inca píe en recepción para que no vuelva a ocurrir. Son los días con mayor volumen de trabajo del año y se puede escapar algún detalle. No obstante no es excusa. Llaves proveemos un máximo de dos juegos por reserva siempre que nos la solicite el inquilino. No obstante, ya que a tenido problemas de información no sabemos con exactitud si no sabía que podía pedir un segundo juego. El A/A tiene limitador, no todos los clientes realizan un uso correcto del mismo y por ello se desactiva cada hora. Usted puede activarlo las veces que quiera, pero cada hora debe volver a activar la maquina. No hemos recibido ninguna otra queja por que no fuera suficiente el A/A del salón, son 3500 frigorías para un apartamento de 80m2. Si volvemos a recibir quejas valoraremos realizar la instalación de una segunda maquina o de ventiladores en los techos. Un saludo |
