The process to get the keys was awful ... we couldn't park at all near the office , after driving round and round i had to sit in the car whilst my friend queued for the keys. They then wrote down the wrong address , but the key for this address worksee more

So we then had to ring back after we discovered we was at the wrong property.. we arrived at 18.00 and did not manage to get into our apartment until 19.30 ! Little touches missing like hand wash and shower gel were missed ..

Our office is located in the middle of Avenida Mediterráneo, where you can easily stop right in front of the office to collect the keys. In addition to the blue zone (where it is not necessary to pay since it is less than 10 minutes), there are also enabled loading and unloading zones. We are sorry that you did not locate the house correctly upon arrival. We always write down the exact address on a map that we provide to the guests so that there are no mistakes and we add the photograph of the garage. We also explain from reception that in case of any problem you can call us and if you still need help we will send someone from our staff to help you. COBERTORES Y SÁBANAS: Los cobertores de las camas estaban sin lavar, olian a pies y tenían manchas. Los lavamos nosotros. Fuimos 11 noches y solo tenían opción de cambiar las sábanas el día 10. ( No había juegos extras para cambiarlas nosotros)Es decsee more

Parking: no hay plaza asignada, es si hay sitio. Y es un parking de unas 20 plazas para todo el edificio.

En segundo lugar te damos las gracias por tomarte un momento en comentar y valorarnos, es muy importante ya que nos ayuda mucho a mejorar nuestro servicio. Queremos comentarte que normalmente los cambios se hacen a partir del septimo dia ytienes 3 dias a la semana para elegir que dia deseas realizarlo. En cuanto a los cobertores, puede haber sido un fallo de lavanderia en cuyo caso nada mas llamar, se te habrian cambiado. Respecto al parking, en el momento de realizar la reserva, en las caracteristicas del apartamento indica que es parking comunitario. Dicho esto, esperamos que tengas un gran dia y que vuelvas en año que viene, un cordial saludo.

Alargar un poco más la hora de salida en función de cuando se ha hecho la hora de entrada, siempre y cuando no haya nadie para entrar en el apartamento ese día.

Pues muchas cosas , primero ponía que fianza se puede pagar en efectivo es mentira. Las llaves hay que ir a por ellas y lo ponían en el anuncio que se entrega en alojamiento. La salida hay que ir al mismo lugar para entregar en nuestro caso era un dosee more

Buenas George, la fianza si puedes abonarla en efectivo. No se devuelve en efectivo y se hace por transferencia, de ahí que no quisieras dejarla de este modo. Es mucho más sencillo con tarjeta, pero no podemos asegurarte de devolver el importe en efesee more

Es mucho más sencillo con tarjeta, pero no podemos asegurarte de devolver el importe en efectivo por que igual no podemos revisar el apartamento en el acto de tu salida y no queremos hacerte esperar. Siempre avisamos de donde se realiza la devolución de llaves y además lo tenemos publicado y se te entrega nuevamente por escrito en la hoja de condiciones generales. Debes revisar mejor antes de reservar si te va a suponer un incordio no realizar el check-in en el alojamiento, pero no lo pagues con nosotros.

No es para 5 personas, ya que la mesa para comer es enana y solo ponen 4 sillas. Estuvimos 5 días alojadas y 4 hubo cortes de agua durante varias horas (16:00-19:00), el agua se sale de la ducha, tuvimos que pedir un tendedero y sábanas porque no habsee more

El parking es privado pero si hay sitio bien si no te quedas sin plaza. Ósea no tienes una plaza fija para ti. Me parió para ser septiembre, bastante caro para lo que es el piso y los percances que tuvimos.
