It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, seasonal community+children's pool (06/01 to 09/30), communal heated pool. season (01/01 to 05/31 and from 10/1 to 12/31), at least one of the pools is open all year round, children's area, tennis court, paddle tennis court, garden, private parking space in the same building, 1 television (Smart TV), iron.
The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
- The delivery of keys and check-in takes place in our office located on Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, lower Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

Las instalaciones comunitarias son increíbles y el parking debajo del edificio es muy cómodo ya que tiene acceso directo al apartamento. El personal de la agencia fue muy amable en todo momento y respondió rápidamente a todas nuestras dudas.

Lo único recalcar que las camas no son lo mejor.. para alguien con problemas de espalda podría ser un problema. Y en el baño encontramos hormigas durante toda la estancia.

Por decir algo, diría que la ventana de la cocina no tiene persiana entonces a los que duermen en el sofá cama les da la luz desde bien temprano. Sólo es un problema si quieres dormir completamente a oscuras.
