BUT!!! The sofa bed should have been ready and made up for our arrival. I did book and pay for 4 people. On arrival there were beds for two people.

La habitación es demasiado pequeña por eso solo hay dos camas pequeñas para dormir y las tienes que juntar....es un poco rollo. Además las almohadas tampoco eran cómodas. Para ir al centro hay que darse un buen paseo.

No me gustó q no me hayan dado información sobre la entrada al apartamento ya que estaba cerrada la vía para entrar(obviamente ellos lo saben porq es casi en la misma calle de la oficina) y en vez de darme una alternativa no se me dijo nada y estuve see more
No me gustó q no me hayan dado información sobre la entrada al apartamento ya que estaba cerrada la vía para entrar(obviamente ellos lo saben porq es casi en la misma calle de la oficina) y en vez de darme una alternativa no se me dijo nada y estuve dando mil vueltas hasta q por fin logre encontrar como entrar por esa calle pero bueno es una información que para mi es necesaria ya q es evidente que vas de paseo y los de la oficina debería de informar al cliente, también lo de la fianza no me parece q den la información adecuada ya q se supone q si solo congelan los 200€ debería de desbloquearse el saldo el mismo día q te vas y miran q todo esté en orden,pero no es así,te sacan el dinero como si fuera una compra y ala semana te los devuelven.
