Comfortable and very bright accommodation of 55 m², with panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the city.
It has an elevator, high speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, 2 televisions (Smart TV), iron, communal and children's pool open seasonally, garden, tennis court, parking space in the same building.
The American ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

La plaza de garaje despues de hora y media por nuestra cuenta, pudimos encontrarla, Hora y media de reloj. La agencia muy muy mal. Tuvimos despues que ir a entregar las llaves, a la otra punta del apartamento.

La entrada es por la tarde y así te lo indica cuando reservas, luego te enviamos también las instrucciones de check-in donde lo especifica, y nuevamente te enviamos un recordatorio el día anterior a tu llegada, por lo que si vienes antes de tu hora no podemos hacer nada ya que entre otras cosas teníamos clientes con salida el mismo día. La piscina es de temporada y la abren en junio, esto también lo indica pero sabemos que en muchos portales es dificil de encontrar porque esta mezclado con toda la información. Por último te pedimos disculpas por el error con el garaje ya que el personal de la oficina de Poniente es nuevo y confundió el acceso de entrada con otro alojamiento. A sido un placer tenerte hospedada y esperamos volver a verte en otra ocasión. Un saludo

Lo peor el olor a tabaco que fue rezumando a medida que iba pasando la acción de los limpiadores, imagino que el anterior inquilino se mataría a fumar con todo cerrado. Pero insisto que la limpieza es buena. Seguro que repetiremos.

Hola Sandra, gracias por tu estancia con nosotros. Debemos hacerte una corrección no obstante, ya que el apartamento si que tiene terraza, esta acristalada y al ser todas techadas en el edificio te a dado la sensación de ser una misma estancia pero nsee more

Debemos hacerte una corrección no obstante, ya que el apartamento si que tiene terraza, esta acristalada y al ser todas techadas en el edificio te a dado la sensación de ser una misma estancia pero no lo es. Se comunica desde el salón porque al acristalarla se retiró la puerta que daba acceso desde el salón para ganar amplitud y luminosidad. De todas formas la cristalera es corredera, y se puede abrir sin problema. Es tal cual se observa en las fotografías.
