Renovated apartment in the heart of Benidorm's old town, just 150 metres from Levante beach, and 350 metres from Mal Pas and Poniente beaches. It has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people. No lift available.
Cosy and modern 72 m² accommodation surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants.
Third floor without lift (Not recommended for people with reduced mobility or travelling with a baby stroller), has internet access (wifi), air conditioning in the living room, heat pump heating, 2 ceiling fans in bedrooms, 1 Smart TV, iron.
The American induction kitchen is equipped with fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, water kettle and juicer.
The nearest garage is an optional parking space with an extra charge 350 meters from the Central Market (Mercadona). Parking Rates: 1 Day 22 euros, Week 97€, 10 days 128€, 15 days 148€, Month 181€. From 5 days onwards, the weekly pass is more convenient. The cost is paid in the same parking lot and the rate may vary. It is a service unrelated to us and they must contract directly with the parking.

As you say, it is difficult to park here, as the property is located in the Old Town, and the streets are narrow regarding the building itself, it has not a lift, as most of the buildings in that area, as they already have a bit of history. Dear Clifford, regarding the towels it was only taken 95 euros as explained by telephone by our colleague for 2 big towels and 3 hand towels that were found in very bad condition, impossible to re-use so we only took the cost of each towel in total, see more

Персонал та компанія дуже принципові це і добре і не дуже. У нас зміню валися обставин, и хотіли відмінити цю оренду майже за місяць, нас не хватало одного дня і вони не згодилися не при яких обставинах. Теж стосується ранніх заїздів та виїздів, усе чітко та принципово. Безкоштовних парковок поблизу немає взагалі, також до будинку неможливо під'їхати на машині, чи таксі, так як він у старому місті, від парковки йти десь 100 м.

Camas y almohadas muy confortables. Baño con ducha amplia. Las personas encargadas de la entrega de llaves muy amables, nos atendió un chico en la inmobiliaria. Tienes que dejar un depósito de fianza de 200€.

La única pega que podría poner es que estuvimos en unos días de ola de calor y el aparato de aire acondicionado sólo está en la cocina por lo que no termina de ser suficiente para enfriar todo el apartamento y los niños que dormían en el sofá cama desee more
La única pega que podría poner es que estuvimos en unos días de ola de calor y el aparato de aire acondicionado sólo está en la cocina por lo que no termina de ser suficiente para enfriar todo el apartamento y los niños que dormían en el sofá cama del salón pasaron calor ya que el salón queda más alejado y además expuesto a cristaleras donde pega más el sol. Estuvimos alojamos en la tercera planta, también destacar que no tiene ascensor. Para nosotros no fue problema aunque es de tener en cuenta para personas con problemas de movilidad. La zona para aparcar, es súper complicada.
