It has an elevator, 10 m² of glazed terrace, high-speed internet access via fiber (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, community pool, 1 private parking space in the same building, ceiling fans. roof, 1 TV, iron.
The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
- The delivery of keys and Check-in takes place in our office located on Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, at street level, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino. Automatic check-in can be done at the same accommodation and only if you do not come with a car. In this case, you must check-in online and pay the deposit through the link that we will send.
- A deposit of €200 is retained by credit/debit card or cash, failing that.
- Check in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)
- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

Collection and return of the keys was right at the other end of the beach and a long walka taxi. We arrived at 12.30 and check in was 4.30 so we had to wait with our cases until then and then one of us had to make 40 minute walk there and back to picsee more

The apartment has a fabulous view over the beach and town!!! It is in a quiet street (for Benidorm) about 5-10 min walk to the main strip and 30 secs to the beach!!! It was clean and comfortable with a good balcony!!! 2 bathrooms was a bonus!!!

The car park was hard to locate its not got any signs it’s actually through a grey gate next door to a restaurant (not part of the apartments) and the sat nav was taking us the wrong way?! That is the only thing and it was fine once we worked it out!see more

Appartement ligt op een mooie locatie. Super centraal. Balen dat je de sleutel op een andere plek moet ophalen, behoorlijk eind lopen, en dus ook moet terugbrengen. Eenmaal aangekomen bleek er geen water. Uiteraard voor gebeld en werd aangegeven dat see more

Eenmaal aangekomen bleek er geen water. Uiteraard voor gebeld en werd aangegeven dat we een uurtje geduld moesten hebben en in de lobby even kijken of ze misschien aan het werk zijn. Na een uurtje gewacht hebben weer gebeld. Ze sturen de technische dienst. Uren later niemand geweest kregen we de tip om de hoofdkraan te controleren. Uiteraard al gedaan en aan de andere collega ook al verteld. Helaas bleef het stil. In de ochtend wederom gebeld, niet kunnen douchen, tandenpoetsen, toilet etc. Etc., rond 10 uur iemand aan de lijn gekregen. Deze heer was proactief, belde met de conciërge van het complex en heeft de hoofdkraan opengedraaid. Was dus binnen 2 minuten opgelost. Jammer dat dit de dag ervoor om 16 uur niet meteen lukte...slechte zaak dus. Verder is het appartement erg basic maar prima! Goede bedden en prima opzet!

Había en todo momento un olor desagradable. La tv no tenía señal para poder verla así que fue como si no hubiera. El lugar de estacionamiento que tiene asignado el piso es demaciado pequeño, por lo que entrar con el coche fue complejo.

E ncuanto al mal olor, en Benidorm los apartamentos cercans a primera linea tienden a desprender mal olor debido al mal tiempo y las instalaciones de tuberias. Si tuviera cualquier otro probema nuestro servicio de mantenimiento siempre esta a disposicion para resolver cualquier problema. Esperamos volver a ver la, un cordial saludo.
