It has a lift, 10 m² of glazed terrace, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, communal swimming pool, 1 private parking space in the same building, ceiling fans, 1 Television, iron.
The independent kitchen with ceramic hob is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
- The key handover and check-in takes place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, street level, commercial name BenidormBooking, just in front of the Casino. Automatic check-in can be done at the accommodation itself and only if not coming by car. In this case, online check-in and deposit payment must be made through the link we will send.
- A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card or cash if necessary.

I hate having to collect the keys and return the keys to the booking office, which is 20/30 minutes from the apartment on foot. It’s abit inconvenient with young children and luggage. The 4.30pm check-in is along wait if your flight has you there earsee more

Very clean and a terrific location just on the outskirts of the Old Town with an easy walk to the contrasting Benidorm centre. The beach and some very good bars and just meters away and the apartments are above a large supermarket. The Benidorm.booking office is a 15min walk away but once you’ve got your keys and they explained a few rules and expectations, you’re left to it. Easy. Good value for a self-catering stay in Benidorm.

It was very challenging to find the parking in the first place. You have to drive on the boardwalk and enter. Also the parking space is not marked. The key also didn't work on the inside to let the car out. There was a really fusty smell like drains.

Got to Benidorm at midnight and had to pick the keys up from the office it’s 20 mins walk away. No one at the office so was like a vending machine style drop key box which was really easy to do , but be so much easier to have a security box at the prsee more

So had to stay in night before as had no keys to get in and out and only given one set between 6 of us . Other than that no other problems.

Hola Rubén. Gracias por comentar por aquí. La hora de entrada son las 16:30 y la de salida las 11:00. Utilizamos ese tiempo para limpiar el apartamento y reparar desperfectos si los hay. Por eso nos alegra que lo haya encontrado limpio. No obstante, see more

No me gustó que en Benidorm booking nos pidieran 200 € de fianza, y que fueran tan tajantes con la hora de llegada y la de salida.. Siempre hay un momento en que se puede hacer una excepción. Por lo demás perfecto el alojamiento muy muy bien.

El agua caliente es por termo,pero la presión del agua es muy fuerte da gusto. La terraza es enorme con unas vistas espectaculares,eso sí uno de los días de la estancia hizo bastante aire y las ventanas correderas no cierran del todo bien. Un apartamento con muchísima luz natural,nos resultó muy agradable. Nos encantó poder dejar el coche en el parquing en el mismo edificio,todo un lujo,ya que es bastante complicado aparcar. Para ser el mes de febrero muchísima gente,super ambiente.😁

Schitterend uitzicht over Benidorm zowel richting bergen als richting strand. Uitstekend uitgeruste keuken, een badkamer met een grote ruime douchecabine en nog een tweede toilet. De douche werkt prima met goed in te stellen warmwater knop. Heel groosee more

Heel groot afgesloten balkon met schuiframen, welke ook allen met zonneschermen zijn uitgerust, alsmede een paar plafondventilators, grote kunststoffen tafel met vier stoelen, een extra slaapvertrek aan het eind van het balkon welke met gordijnen af te schermen is en extra stoelen, ik dacht 5 stuks. De woonkamer is ruim genoeg om daar met max 5 personen te kunnen verblijven. Er staat een grote glazen eettafel met 4 stoelen, maar en zijn voldoende stoelen beschikbaar. Twee slaapkamers,. een met twee eenpersoons bedden en een met een tweepersoonsbed. Ruim voldoende bergruimte in de slaapkamers. Buitenhok met schoonmaakspullen. Twee snelle liften met goed alarmsysteem en contact met alarmcentrale (per ongeluk een keer op de alarmknop gedrukt). Goed afgesloten toegang tot het complex bij het verlaten daarvan hoeft het hek naar de straat niet met de sleutel geopend te worden, maar dat kan met een schakelaar. Parkeergarage en parkeerdek, een patio met een paar stenen zitbanken en een redelijk ruim zwembad. Om de hoek van de straat zit een uitstekende Consum supermarkt met ruime keuze tegen heel aantrekkelijke prijzen. De versafdeling is uitstekend.

De parkeergarage is een gruwel ik ben zelden een slechtere parkeergarage ingereden en ik twijfel echt niet aan mijn rijkunst. Mijn huurauto had sensoren die continue hard aan het piepen waren en 1x blokkeerde de auto en weigerde nog een meter te rijdsee more

Laat ik het zo stellen, ik kom graag en hoogst waarschijnlijk nog een keer terug, maar weiger de auto daar nogmaals te parkeren. Als het parkeerdek ook vol zou zijn, dan parkeer ik wel op straat. Informeer jezelf wel hoe de blauwe parkeerzone in Benidorm werkt. Niet duur, maar het heeft wel een werking die wat anders is dan normaal. De zitbank in de woonkamer is aan vervanging toe en zakt behoorlijk in. De TV heeft veel programma's televisie en radio maar op een weinig interessante Engelstalige zender na, is alles in het Spaans. Het zou netjes staan als er in de badkamer en het tweede toilet een afvalbakje zou worden neergezet.

Televisie zetten we niet zoals vroeger via de satelliet aangezien de accommodatie een router met glasvezel heeft die verbinding maakt met de televisie en je op deze manier in elk land open televisie kunt kijken.
Wat betreft parkeren begrijpen wij niet helemaal wat de reden van uw klacht is, wij hebben opmerkingen gehad dat het plein wat smal is maar nooit een probleem. Het was een genoegen u te hebben gehost. groetjes en nogmaals bedankt |

Las almohadas, unas eran muy bajas y otras muy altas, pero vamos que ojalá todos los problemas fueran esos. Y el parking, que no lo encontrábamos, pero llamamos y nos ayudaron al momento.

Bedankt voor uw verblijf bij ons. Het appartement heeft wel een buitenterras. Het is voorzien van glas en de ramen kunnen worden geschoven. Maar het is niet dat ik het niet heb. We kunnen ons voorstellen dat hij daar naar verwijst, maar het is zoals see more
