Aparthotel in the heart of Benidorm located 100 meters from Poniente beach and 450 meters from Levante beach.
Recently renovated building designed for the enjoyment of our guests, it has a total of 20 apartments with capacity for 3 and 5 people and has an elevator, internet access (wifi), community laundry room with washing machines, iron and ironing board free of charge.
All apartments have a terrace, hot and cold air conditioning system, television, fridge/freezer, microwave, crockery/cutlery/kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, bed linen and towels. There is an optional parking space with extra charge right in the opposite building (Mercadona). Parking Rates: 1 Day €22, Week €97, 10 days €128, 15 days €148, Month €181. From 5 days it compensates the weekly bonus. The cost is paid in the same car park.
-The key collection and check-in take place in the same building 24 hours a day. If you need additional information, ticket sales, direct reservations or if you have not checked in online, our office is located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, opposite the Burger King.
-The amount of €200 is retained on the credit/debit card as a deposit.
-Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season may delay until 6:00 p.m.)
-Check-out until 11:00 a.m.
-Pet supplement of €10 per day. (Maximum €50 per stay).
-Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.

The apartments wasn't well signed we arrived late at night we were on the right street but the name of the apartments is in side the building and we couldn't see it as it was in darkness .. even other people that arrived in day time struggled to findsee more

También nos gusta el apartamento. El que nos ha tocado, es sencillo pero tiene huecos grandes. Vamos con dos perros y duermen en la habitación con nosotros en sus camas con mucho espacio libre.

Ningún rastro de que hubieran pasado nuestros perros por allí. Igual es que no es siempre así... El precio nos parece algo más caro que otros alojamientos similares en el centro sobre todo para un apartamento pintado de blanco y sin ni siquiera un triste cuadro en las paredes. Cierto es que no los conocemos y este sí y como se suele decir, más vale malo conocido... |

Estaba todo bien aunque falta alguna balda en el baño y televisión en la habitación. Podían dejarnos un baño para asearnos después de haber estado todo el día en la playa antes de coger el vuelo, ya que la habitación hay fue dejarla pronto.
