Aparthotel in Levante beach area, Benidorm, located 350 meters from the beach and 5 minutes walking from the old town. Block with 14 fully equipped apartments designed for the enjoyment of our guests. Accommodations with 1 bedroom with bathroom with shower and capacity for 3 people, and 2 bedrooms with two bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub) and capacity for 5 people. Building with elevator, communal swimming pool with solarium area and optional garage.
Very bright accommodations of 60 and 80 m² with open terrace, with clear views of the city, some with views of the pool and the sea.
All apartments are equipped with internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, Smart TV in the living room and TV in the main bedroom, satellite channels, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer in the bathroom, bed linen and towels included.
The kitchens are independent with ceramic hob, and are equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
- Key delivery and check-in are carried out in the same building 24 hours a day. If they need additional information, ticket sales, direct bookings or in case they have not done the online check-in, our nearest office is located on Avenida del Mediterráneo number 62, at street level, commercial name BenidormBooking.

The location was close to New Town, Old Town and the beach as was in the middle of new and old town. Close to the bars being a 3 minute walk, but far enough away that it was quiet as no other hotels that direction so did not worry about people late at night making noise. Had concerns having read the reviews about issues with keys and getting deposits back, yet I messaged on the way to the apartments and someone was waiting with keys as we got there so was in our room less than 2 minutes after getting off the bus and my deposit was refunded in full, 3 days after returning home. By far the best place are group has stayed in the last 16 years.

Recently renovated building designed for the enjoyment of our guests, with a total of 20 apartments with capacity for 3 and 5 people and featuring a lift, internet access (wifi), communal laundry room with washing machines, iron and ironing board at no extra charge.
All apartments have a terrace, hot and cold air conditioning, television, fridge/freezer, microwave, crockery/cutlery/kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, bed linen and towels. There is an optional parking space with an extra charge right in the building opposite (Mercadona). Parking rates: 1 day €22, week €97, 10 days €128, 15 days €148, month €181. From 5 days onwards, the weekly pass is worthwhile. The cost is paid at the same car park.
