Downside, is the noise from nearby building works at the moment. There also isn't a balcony but aside from this, one of the nicest, cleanest modern apartments I have been in, in Benidorm.

We are glad for your great review. In Spain, water heaters are electric and have a certain capacity, but within 20/25 minutes, they have hot water again.
