Voor aankomst geven wij u alle contactgegevens per mail, inclusief de 24-uurs hulplijn in geval van nood, en deze hangt ook op de voorkant van het kantoor. We begrijpen dat u nerveus kunt worden bij het zelf inchecken, maar het is zeer intuïtief en we zullen u helpen als u een probleem heeft, anders gaan we naar kantoor. Op zondag, omdat ze gesloten zijn, kun je geen klacht indienen, wat je wilde doen omdat je het proces niet goed begreep, en toegevoegd aan het feit dat hoe nerveus ze waren, het hun ongemak veroorzaakte. El vecindario. Pésimo el trato que nos han dado. Sin querer aparcamos mal el coche el primer día, y además del trato recibido, nos dimos cuenta que nos rayaron el coche. Su educación deja mucho que desear.... al final tuvimos que sacar el coche del pbekijk meer

Faltan percheros en cuartos de aseo, no hay donde colgar toallas ni dónde poner el papel higiénico. El apartamento estaba limpio, no así el ascensor, cuyas puertas no se limpiaron en ningún momento. Entiendo que no es cometido de la limpieza del apartamento. Sólo comentarlo. El tendedero no es apropiado para una terraza, se cae con el aire y está deformado e inestable.
