Took over 2 weeks to get security deposit credited back to my bank even though it should have been only a retention.

It was very clean & adequate for our needs the location was good for accessibility. But building work going on over the road near Port Benidorm was very noisy they worked late also

Apartment advertised as accomodating for up to 4 people, we were a party of 3 adults and found it very very clostrophobic.

Apartment advertised as accomodating for up to 4 people, we were a party of 3 adults and found it very very clostrophobic. The bedroom is a very small single room with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. There is no room to manoeuvre due to the bed. You need to sleep with the small window and door open to allow air to circulate. Booking office kindly and speedily, gave us an electric fan to use. The bathroom although functional certainly needs upgrading. Broken rail inside shower, showerhead needs replacing, be careful when coming out of shower onto the tiles as water escapes from the cubicle making floor a hazard. No English instructions for washing machine. Flexi Pipe behind the bidet was corroded and burst,boiling water going everywhere, Again booking office were quick to replace. Kitchen and living space at first glance looked lovely and very modern. Two x two seater sofas converting to sleeping space, lovely table and chairs, beware chairs come loose at all the joints and you need to check daily and bang joints together again. We had to move the furniture to allow one of the sofa's to be pulled down as a bed( wouldn't like to image how 2 sofa's could be used as beds if need be). Fantastic free wi-fi connection, lovely private pool very clean. This accomodation is in a private residential building the residents are very nice and friendly.Most of all it is a gated property and secure. |

La habitacion no era como la esperabamos, solo hay sitio para la cama. El sofa cama no es muy comodo. No teniamos ni jabon de manos, nada para lavar los platos y demás. Tuvimos que comprar cosas de la casa como papel higiénico.
