Think the key collection and drop should totally be changed. A key drop off point in apartment should be in place ..for people with disabilities etc can't get their as easy .etc ....

Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire. Normalement on change les serviettes pour des séjours plus de 7 jours mais pour la prochaine fois vous pouvez appeler la réception si vous avez besoin plus de draps et de serviettes.

Apartment was perfect only issue we had was the lock mechanism on the door broke while we was there (no body's fault just wear and tear) we rang and cant fault the staff they were straight out with a maintenance team to fix it but he then had to go gbekijk meer

El amenitie que entregamos es de cortesía, hasta que los inquilinos puedan ir a comprar. No nos esta permitido proveer sal, aceite, etc... por sanidad. Sabemos que hay muchos particulares que si lo ofrecen, pero ni antes estaba permitido (hablo de paquetes abiertos) ni ahora mucho menos con lo del Covid. Un saludo y gracias por su tiempo en valorar y sobre todo por su estancia con nosotros. |
