Accommodatie van 70 m² gezellig en modern, gelegen aan de eerste strandrij, met uitzicht op het zwembad en de tuin.

Het is waar dat deze buurt veel rustiger is dan het strand van Levante, en dat heeft zijn charme als je wilt uitrusten. Wat het zwembad betreft, dat is in het zomerseizoen geopend, net als alle zwembaden van privégebouwen. We hopen dat dit geen ongemak heeft veroorzaakt en dat je hebt genoten van de zee en je verblijf in het algemeen. Met vriendelijke groeten.

Normalmente, debemos de hacer unas comprobacines antes de asistir y tal vez eso haya ralentizado el proceso. Finalmente la hemos cambiado por una nueva. Respecto a las almohadas y al sofá, tomamos nota de lo dicho de cara a mejorar la experiencia de nuestros huéspedes. Esperamos, por lo demás, que hayan tenido una estancia agradable. Modern, clean & spacious! Lots of windows which makes it nice & light. Washing machine to wash clothes if needed, extra bedding etc. Pool was lovely, nice and quiet too!

Location was difficult to find due to the way the instructions, the shower temperature was either scalding hot for 10 secondsfreezing the whole time… we did mention this when a maintenance man visited but he said there was no issues he could see.

La ubicación era perfecta! A 10 minutos tienes el parque de Elche y la zona de playa de enfrente es bastante buena. El parking es un plus ya que es difícil aparcar por la zona. Piso amplio reformado dividido en dos viviendas. Todo muy nuevo.

Las indicaciones para el acceso a la torre por parte del vendedor. Es una urbanización con varios bloques y nos costó dar con ello. Una vez conocido, desde el parking accedes directamente al apartamento.
