Aparthotel in het hart van Benidorm, op 100 meter van het Poniente-strand en op 450 meter van het Levante-strand.
Onlangs gerenoveerd gebouw ontworpen voor het plezier van onze gasten, het heeft in totaal 20 appartementen met een capaciteit voor 3 en 5 personen en heeft een lift, internettoegang (wifi), gemeenschappelijke wasruimte met wasmachines, strijkijzer en strijkplank gratis extra.
Alle appartementen hebben een terras, warme en koude airconditioning, televisie, koelkast/vriezer, magnetron, servies/bestek/keukengerei, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, waterkoker, haardroger, beddengoed en handdoeken. Er is een optionele parkeerplaats met extra kosten in het tegenoverliggende gebouw (Mercadona). Parkeertarieven: 1 dag € 22, week € 97, 10 dagen € 128, 15 dagen € 148, maand € 181. Vanaf 5 dagen compenseert het de wekelijkse bonus. De kosten worden betaald op dezelfde parkeerplaats.
-De sleuteloverdracht en het inchecken vinden 24 uur per dag plaats in hetzelfde gebouw. Als u aanvullende informatie nodig heeft, kaartverkoop, directe reserveringen of als u niet online heeft ingecheckt, bevindt ons kantoor zich aan de Avenida Rey Jaime I nummer 20, locatie 2, commerciële naam BenidormBooking, tegenover de Burguer King.
-Het bedrag van € 200 wordt als borg op een creditcard/betaalkaart ingehouden.
- Inchecken vanaf 16.30 uur (hoogseizoen kan duren tot 18.00 uur)
- Uitchecken tot 11:00 uur
-Toeslag per huisdier van € 10,- per dag. (Maximaal € 50,- per verblijf).
- U kunt alleen op het balkon roken. Roken is verboden in de accommodatie.

Alle appartementen hebben een terras, warme en koude airconditioning, televisie, koelkast/vriezer, magnetron, servies/bestek/keukengerei, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, waterkoker, haardroger, beddengoed en handdoeken. Er is een optionele parkeerplaats met extra kosten in het tegenoverliggende gebouw (Mercadona). Parkeertarieven: 1 dag € 22, week € 97, 10 dagen € 128, 15 dagen € 148, maand € 181. Vanaf 5 dagen compenseert het de wekelijkse bonus. De kosten worden betaald op dezelfde parkeerplaats. -De sleuteloverdracht en het inchecken vinden 24 uur per dag plaats in hetzelfde gebouw.
