Description: The villa with capacity for 10 people, has 4 bedrooms distributed two on the first floor, one with a dressing room and the other with a desk, both with en-suite bathrooms, both with Smart TV and access to a terrace with views of the sea and the city of Benidorm . A bedroom on the main floor and a bedroom on the lower floor with two single beds and a double bed.
The main floor has, in addition to the bedroom, a full bathroom, a living-dining room, an American kitchen with an island, large opening windows and access to the covered porch, the plot with a private pool and a solarium with hammocks.
The lower floor, in addition to the bedroom, has a full bathroom, a spacious living room with a Smart TV, table football, a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and iron and ironing board.
Additional features: The plot has an artificial garden, outdoor furniture, private parking with space for two vehicles.
Internet access (wifi) by high-speed fiber, hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
The induction open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
Check-in instructions:
- The delivery of keys and check-in is done in the Villa itself by appointment with the agency.
- A deposit of €500 is required by credit/debit card or in cash upon arrival.
- Check-in from 5:00 p.m. (high season may take until 6:00 p.m.). Flexible check-in in case of not having guests with departure the same day.
- Check out until 11:00 a.m.
- There is a supplement for cot and high chair.
-No smoking inside the house, you can smoke on terraces.
