This apartment does not have wifi which is a bit weird nowadays. You can use the wifi from the restaurants downstairs. Checking in with a lock box and keys is a lot easier, especially with the parking situation at their office.

Having to do a 15 minute walk ( from the apartment) with all our luggage ( as nowhere to leave luggage as no reception area at the apartment site) to collect and drop the key off. Waiting from 11am in the morning until 4pm ( due to it being a Sunday)see more

Waiting from 11am in the morning until 4pm ( due to it being a Sunday) when the key office opened and being told the cleaner hadn't finished cleaning so waited until 5.15pm for the key. Basically losing a day waiting around with all our luggage.. apartment was nice but a lot of kitchen items were missing . Bathroom needs a cleaning toilet brush and a shower mat. Dropping the key back off late at night due to early morning pick up. We would have re-booked again if it wasn't for the key situation.

Yes, you can leave your luggage in our office from 12:00, which is when we open on Sundays in May.
You were notified at 4:30 p.m. that you could collect the keys and you arrived at the office at 4:50 p.m., that's why you entered the apartment at 5:15 p.m. as you allege. We have replaced kitchen and bathroom utensils. Thanks again |

Hola Juan! esperamos que se encuentren bien. Normalmente los apartamento como este de 45 m², solo tienen 1 aire acondicionado, si deja la puerta de la habitación abierta y el resto de ventanas cerrado, debería de esta bien. Esperamos verles pronto, usee more

The sofa bed kept falling apart so I couldn't use it again, it was really uncomfortable to sleep on a small sofa. The volume of the TV could hear it and could not turn the volume up. The front door lock is not very secure, the door needs to be lockedsee more
